Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel, for any reason, within 14 days of receiving your item(s) in line with the Distance Selling Regulations.

To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original, sealed packaging. We reserve the right to deduct an amount from reimbursement for any diminished value of goods after being handled by you, such as cuts, tears, creases, or dismantling. 

To start a return, you must contact us at info@talkingdogstitchery.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 11 Brackenbury Close, Preston, PR5 5NB at your own cost.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first informing us that you wish to cancel will not be accepted. We will reimburse you any payments made in relation to the return, including postage, to your original payment method within 14 days of the item being received by us. Please note this reimbursement will not include any supplementary postage cost chosen by you over the lowest shipping option we offer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, or any custom products such as those personalised.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
