Postage & Delivery

Spend £35 or more to receive free tracked shipping (via Royal Mail Tracked 48).

Delivery options are as follows:

For orders less than £35:

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class: 3-5 days - £1.50 
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2 days - £2.20
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1 day - £3.00 

For orders over £35:

Orders of this value are always sent tracked.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2 days - Free
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1 day - £1.00 

Processing time is 1-3 working days, please take this into consideration and add this on to delivery estimates. Orders will always be shipped in the order they are received and as quickly as possible around life and part-time work commitments.
Any additional, unplanned delay to delivery will be communicated to you via email as soon as possible. Orders received after 12pm will be classed as being received the next working day.

Preorders

Occasionally we will take pre-orders for in-demand items or new releases. If you have any pre-order items on your order, any in-stock items will be held until the pre-order arrives into stock so that the entire order can be sent together. If you do not wish to wait, please ensure to order any in-stock items separately.

Missing Orders

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of receiving a despatch notification, please contact us at talkingdogstitcher@gmail.com for us to investigate. We will work to make sure your parcel arrives or you receive a replacement.

 

Talking Dog Stitchery currently ships within the UK only, we hope to expand to shipping internationally soon, but this may take some time.
