Thread Club and Autoship Information
Thread Clubs General Info:
- The payment method and address you use to place your first order will be used for ongoing subscription payments and deliveries. These can be updated at any time from your Customer Account, accessible from the top of every page (or from the menu if you're on mobile). Please make sure you have set up your customer account using the email you checked out with to access this section.
- Your first payment will be taken at the time of order, subsequent payments will be taken automatically on the 20th of every following month.
Example: You order on the 4th January, your first delivery will be dispatched on 1st February. You will make your second payment on 20th February for dispatch on 1st March.
- We need a minimum of 10 (ten) days to set up your thread club. Any orders placed within 10 days of the dispatch date (1st of the month) will not receive their first order, nor be charged, until the next dispatch date.
Example: You order and pay on the 22nd January, your first delivery will be dispatched on 1st March (not 1st February). Your second payment will be taken 20th March, this will be dispatched 1st April.
- You can manage your subscription in your Customer Account, this includes cancellation or skipping a month. You can skip a month at any time, but 3 or more skipped months in a row will lead to cancellation of your subscription to open the club up to new subscribers. If you skip a month, your deliveries will resume where you left off, you will not skip any colours.
- If there are supply issues with a particular colour, this colour will be temporarily skipped and you will receive one colour a month earlier than planned. We will keep track of this, and insert the missing skein as soon as stock becomes available. On the rare occasion that a colour is discontinued over the course of your subscription, you will be offered the opportunity to substitute a colour of your choice.
Weeks Dye Works Club
- You will receive either 5 or 10 skeins of thread (depending on your subscription) every month starting with "Absinthe" and ending with "Yukon Gold". If you cancel and later rejoin the club, we are happy to resume where you left off, subject to stock levels.
- Your subscription will last 70 months at 5 skeins per month, or 35 months at 10 skeins per month, unless you cancel. On your 6th, 12th, and 18th month of your continuous subscription, you will receive a free skein in your order to make a total of 353 skeins (one of each colour in the current line: correct as of December 2024).
Classic Colorworks Club
- You will receive either 5 or 10 skeins of thread (depending on your subscription) every month starting with "12-Grain" and ending with "Zach Black". If you cancel and later rejoin the club, we are happy to resume where you left off, subject to stock levels.
- Your subscription will last 54 months at 5 skeins per month, or 27 months at 10 skeins per month, unless you cancel. On your 6th and 18th month of your continuous subscription, you will receive a free skein in your order to make a total of 272 skeins (one of each colour in the current line: correct as of November 2024).
Autoships
- This is an automatic subscription, you will be charged each month for delivery of the chart the following month i.e. you will be charged in May for June's release, in June for July's release etc.

- Your subscription will renew on the same day each month, depending on the release schedule of the series in question. We aim to renew as close to the release date as possible to allow you plenty of time to make changes if you wish.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Customer Account, accessible from the top of every page (or from the menu if you're on mobile). Please make sure you have set up your customer account using the email you checked out with to access this section.
- If you prefer to skip a chart, you may skip a payment before it is made from your customer account. Please be mindful that I will be ordering charts on the basis of number of subscribers, so please keep chart skips to a minimum and consider cancelling your subscription and ordering individual charts as they are released instead. If you skip 3 or more months, your subscription will be cancelled.
